CHS PTSA STAFF COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE AWARD

​

Each year, the CHS PTSA recognizes and awards to a dedicated staff member who has demonstrated a committed and caring attitude toward students and fellow staff members. The winner will receive a $300.00 monetary award and their nameplate will be added to the Commitment to Excellence eternity plaque displayed in the CHS Main Office.  Nomination forms are available ONLINE and in the CHS Main Office in March.
