WELCOME BACK TO CENTENNIAL

Back to School Night (BTSN) is open to ALL CHS parents and current CHS students!! It is an opportunity for parents to see firsthand the Centennial your child experiences everyday.  Come meet your child’s teachers, administrators, and parents of other children in your child’s classes. Hear about the amazing accomplishments of CHS students. Bring home information about clubs that may interest your child.  Discover ways to support CHS and your student by joining the CHS PTSA and Boosters.

We look forward to meeting you at Back to School Night on

Thursday, September 5, 6:00-9:00 PM.

Please must stop by the PTSA membership table to make suggestions, ask advice of veteran CHS parents, get connected to CHS family and JOIN the PTSA!!

Insider Tips for BTSN:

  • SCHEDULE - Bring your child’s schedule! Attend each of your child’s classes and listen to brief teacher presentations outlining class expectations, curriculum, and teaching methods.  Note: teachers are not available for conferences during BTSN.  If you would like to make an appointment with a teacher, email them after BTSN to schedule.

  • MAP - Use a school map (download to your smart device here) Copies are also available in the CHS front office. Ask your child to circle their classrooms in advance.  CHS student volunteers will be also available in the hallways to help parents find classrooms during BTSN.

  • PARKING – Arrive EARLY and CARPOOL!  If the CHS parking lot is full, use the BMMS overflow parking.  Please DO NOT park in neighborhoods (vehicles can be ticketed).

  • JOIN – CHS PTSA and BOOSTERS will have membership tables set up at BTSN to make joining easy. Research shows that parent involvement in school helps students achieve and schools thrive
