OVERVIEW
--------------
This recognition is awarded to a dedicated staff member who is making a difference at CHS, and demonstrates a committed and caring attitude toward students and fellow staff members. The winner will receive a $300.00 monetary award, and their nameplate will be added to the Commitment to Excellence eternity plaque displayed in the CHS Main Office. All CTE nominees will be recognized during the annual End-Of-School Staff Event. The CHS PTSA is comprised of parents, staff, students, and administrators who support the academic achievements and extracurricular activities of the Centennial community. Their support of the PTSA makes this recognition possible.

REQUIREMENTS
---------------------
1. Nominees must be current CHS staff members, teaching or non-teaching.

2. Nominations will be accepted from current 2022-2023 CHS staff, students, parents and CHS community members (ex: business, non-profit, government entity, etc.).

3. Only one nomination will be accepted per person.
