Winners will be awarded scholarships at the
CHS Senior Awards Assembly in May.
Community support of the PTSA, its programs, and generous donations make these scholarships possible.

DEADLINE:
Thursday, April 30, 2026 AT 5:00 pm EST
FOUR (4) $500 awards are available to graduating seniors from the class of 2026.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Must be a 2026 CHS graduating senior.

Must be accepted to a college (2 or 4 year), art school, trade/military or technical school.

Must be a student member of PTSA.
INSTRUCTIONS

Students, you must complete the entire application yourself. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Email your CHS counselor to access your student records. Have your counselor confirm by email your post high school status, for scholarship eligibility. Attach the counselor's email with your application.

Attach the required student essays.

Do not include confidential information (such as your address or social security number) with this scholarship application.

Submit your application via email with subject "PTSA Senior Scholarship"; make sure completed application is attached.

Write your name and submission date within the email.

Submit application to awards@chs-ptsa.org.
