The Centennial High School PTSA is pleased to announce FOUR $500 senior scholarships for the Class of 2024

Winners will be awarded scholarships at the
CHS Senior Awards Night in May 2024.
Community support of the PTSA, its programs, and generous donations make these scholarships possible.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP

DEADLINE:
Friday, April 26 2024 AT 4:00 pm EST
FOUR (4) $500 awards are available to graduating seniors from the class of 2024.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Must be a 2024 CHS graduating senior.

Must be accepted to a college (2 or 4 year), art school, trade/military or technical school.
INSTRUCTIONS

Complete the entire application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Email your CHS counselor to access your student records (Counselor to confirm post high school status for scholarship eligibility)

Obtain email approval from your counselor to confirm your eligibility, before submitting application.

Type and attach the required student essays.

Do not include confidential information (such as your address or social security number) with this scholarship application.
SUBMISSION

Application must be completed by the student

Send via email with subject as: PTSA Senior Scholarship

Attach complete application-Use QR code for application

Attach Counselor approval email (Counselor to confirm post high school status)

Write your name and submission date within the email
